Verification
Everything the tutorial needs — real spherical harmonics, Wigner
matrices, Clebsch–Gordan couplings — is derived here rather than tabulated. This
page runs the same assertions as python/e3.py, in JavaScript, right now.
Harmonics are compared against values exported from scipy by
python/experiments/export_js_reference.py; the rest is checked
against the property that defines it.
